The ICT Directorate is the backbone of Dire Dawa University’s digital transformation. Our mission is to ensure seamless ICT service delivery, acting as a critical enabler for Teaching & Learning, Research, and Community Services.

We are currently working toward expanding Smart Classrooms, enhancing Video Conference capabilities, and growing our global academy partnerships with Cisco, Huawei, and Oracle to certify our students for the modern workforce.
