Reorganized from the Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Directorate, the Office of Strategic Affairs operates as a specialized unit reporting directly to the Office of the President.
We serve as the University's strategic nerve center, providing vital support to University management through evidence-based strategy development and rigorous evaluation of all-round institutional activities.
Our work ensures that every initiative, investment, and effort across the University aligns with our collective vision, is measured against clear benchmarks, and is continuously improved for maximum impact.

We develop comprehensive strategic and annual plans aligned with national policies, the Higher Education Reform Agenda, and DDU's institutional vision.
We transform institutional data into actionable intelligence that supports measurable progress and informed management decisions.
We conduct regular performance reviews and assess resource utilization across University units.
We compile and present overall performance reports to University Management and concerned stakeholders.
We strengthen institutional capacity by developing leadership skills and building awareness around plan implementation and performance management.
We leverage our integrated digital platform to streamline planning, monitoring, and reporting processes across the University. The system enhances efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making.
