The program is designed or established to produce a competent
qualified personal that can have the skill and knowledge to conduct property
valuation and ensure fairness in property valuation and taxation in addition to
developed organizational, institutional and legal framework establish reliable
modern property taxation system. The department run a degree program which
consist 140 regular students.
Degree Nomenclature: -
The degree offered after successful completion of the program is
called “Bachelor of Science Degree in Land and Real Property Valuation”.
