gave capacity building training on Data Science for Dire Dawa university staff. The training focused on the skills required, applications of data science and the pillar components of Data science. Dr. Ubah Adem, the president of DDU, remarked the significance of the training inlight of the ongoing transformation of the university towards an Applied Science University. Furthermore Professor Legesse discussed opportunities of partnership among the two universities with the leadership.
