Dr. Anna, a researcher from the Institute of Paleontology in Paris, visited Dire Dawa University to discuss the further expansion of the ongoing partnership between the two institutions.
During her visit, she engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing collaboration between the university’s Department of Geology and the Institute of Paleontology. The ongoing partnership focuses on a joint research initiative at the Fejej research site in the southern part of the country Ethiopia, where Dr. Anna's team is working alongside local researchers to advance paleontological studies.
Officials representing the two institutions expressed confidence about the growing collaboration, emphasizing its potential to strengthen academic and scientific exchanges in the field of paleontology.
Dr. Anna also visited the Dire Dawa office of Alliance Ethio-Francaise which serves as a prominent cultural and linguistic center in the city.
