The event commenced with inspiring opening speeches and keynote remarks delivered by the Honorable Mayor of Dire Dawa, Mr. Kedir Juhar; Dr. Mgersa Kasim, Delegate of the president of Dire Dawa University; Mr. Khumbula Ndaba, Director of the International Labour Organization (ILO); and Dr. Abunu Arega, representing the Ministry of Education.
