Dire Dawa University and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy) sign strategic partnership agreement

Dire Dawa University has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy), marking an important milestone in expanding international academic and research cooperation.

The strategic partnership will focus on joint engagement in key priority areas, including the development of collaborative research projects most notably the initiative “Supporting Open, Responsible, and Communicated Research: Transnational Capacity Building between Italy and Africa.” The agreement also promotes the exchange of teaching staff, researchers, and technical experts; student mobility programs; mutual acceptance of scholarship recipients and PhD candidates; sharing of scientific publications and research data; and the joint organization of conferences, seminars, and scientific meetings.
